Philosophy

   

There is a world of difference between knowing what to do, and actually doing it. Most people realize that without a healthy, energetic body, nothing else matters. Unfortunately, they often don’t make that realization until it is too late.

The reason most people don’t work out is that they need someone to show them how. I am the person that will do that for you.

You want change? I’ll give you change. How would you like to lose 20 pounds, 30 pounds, even 40 pounds of fat? Put your trust in me, and let’s do it. I’m not joking. I can literally transform you from the inside out and that’s a fact. Do you want to wake up every morning with a smile on your face? Not a problem – believe in me, believe in yourself, and you will be grinning from ear to ear. Come on – procrastination is for the weak. Put out your cigarette and go run a mile. It’s time to quit complaining about being overweight and do something about it.

Before you read on, I want you to take time and ask yourself how you want to look and feel. Picture it. Why aren’t you already like that? Well, in order to change, you must make changes. Experts say that a properly executed strength program will actually reverse many age-related aches, pains and problems, like scoliosis, muscle wasting, glucose intolerance and weight management. This means that exercise can actually decrease the rate at which a person ages.

I’m not saying you can be 20 again – but you can live to see your great-great grandchildren if you let me help you control your health. Aerobic exercise is important to keep the heart and lungs functioning efficiently. Moderate aerobic training is also good for the immune system, and a program of walking and other exercise just three to five days per week may help guard against infections in people over seventy years old.

Remember this: Trying new things, taking chances and accepting challenges are what separate those who thrive from those who merely survive. Oh, yes, and if you do nothing, you get nothing; it’s just that simple. Are you a thriver or survivor? I BELIEVE IN YOU!
