Training with Chaz has been the best experience ever. Chaz uses Polar heart rate monitors to help my workouts be as efficient as possible. I have been in the military for over 20 years and have been working out regularly on my own for as long as i can remember. The type of exercise Chaz promotes is second to none. His functional training style and his Body Age personal training program has made my body age 43.
